The East Terrace Coop building is made up of three floors, organized in roughly a 'U' shape. Each half of the 'U' on each floor has a laundry room with modern laundry machines. The Great Room, Library, and offices are located on the first floor, the Craft Room is on the second floor, and the Guest Room and Wellness Room are on the third floor. Every unit is bright with windows and features a deck or patio to enjoy the outdoors right out of your doorway.
